About
RAK Properties is the government owned property developer landlord for Ras Al Khaimah, with luxury property developments through the emirate, as well as several projects in Abu Dhabi. The properties include a marina, commercial units, retail malls and units, as well as thousands of residential villas and apartments. Their old website was dated and hard to update, and the need for a new platform to deliver market leading content in a highly competitive sector was obvious.
What we did
After a tender process Evolvin Networks was selected to design and build the new RAK Properties website. Working closely with the client, after several design iterations, the website was built to deliver a responsive, elegant, minimal design, packed with integrated features.
The property search consumes data from the internal property system automatically, and the share and financial information is taken from other third parties, but in the end the consistent delivery provides the user with a rounded and simple to use interface.
