Knightsbridge is one of the UK's leading and most respected Business Brokers, with have extensive knowledge across a broad range of market sectors, including Retail, Catering, Licensed and Leisure, Care, Franchising and Commercial. Prior to working with Evolvin they had an in house hosted bespoke application, which whilst fit for purpose was becoming expensive to maintain, and was starting to fall behind in technology. A change was required to provide an integrated website and software system to allow for growth and market consolidation.
What we did
Knightsbridge spent time specifying their requirements as soon as Evolvin was engaged, and working together a n Agency Office system was built around their retail and corporate departments, as well as a new responsive website design. The website provides a secure platform to sell businesses to registered buyers, and is fully mobile and desktop responsive, helping to improve SEO.
The Agency Office software platform is hosted on Evolvin’s high availability web farm, reducing maintenance overheads, and has streamlined the organisation through email auto responders, email auto matching and many other features. In the past few years the number of targeted outbound emails generated to interested buyers has increased by 150%, and counts in millions per year. Something just not possible without using an intelligent integrated software provider.
