Gordon & Co is a professional team or estate agents based in
London, with offices in Tower Bridge, Battersea and Paddington.
Committed to providing top quality service to their clients,
they specialise in full management and also provide traditional
services such as vetting tenants, writing inventories and arranging contracts.
Gordon & Co are very brand focused, and attention is placed
on delivery of high class output, websites and marketing materials.
Gordon & Co’s recent past was as an association of three separate agents brands,
built up through acquisition. The three companies originally had three separate
websites and different software systems.
Problem
Gordon & Co needed a single software system to manage their property portfolio, and power their
three separate websites, whilst also having the flexibility built-in to
accommodate a change to a single brand and website in the following year.
The fundamental requirements of the software were to allow each office to operate largely
autonomously, but to allow sharing of information, cross marketing, and centralised reporting.
Solution
Several providers were evaluated before Gordon & Co decided to instruct Evolvin. It was felt that
Evolvin were able to be put their agency software into practice quickly,
and could offer the flexibility to power multiple websites simultaneously
and to support multiple related brands on emails and documents.
More important was that Evolvin would be able to adapt both the websites and agency
software to accommodate re-branding and other market changes as and when Gordon & Co required it.
Benefit
The requirements of Gordon & Co were met by introducing a single software system across all
offices, but still retaining the ability to have individual branding. This branding was then
changed to a single company, now called Gordon & Co, without the need for the staff to learn
or adapt to a new software system.
A secondary benefit to the introduction of the Evolvin Agency Software was that by automating
repetitive tasks and providing streamlined processes Gordon & Co
were able to increase their productivity to the equivalence of two
extra staff members.
Gordon & Co are now focussing on growth and market position, and have included
Evolvin in key strategic decisions to enable them to do so.
