The past few weeks have been manic... there’s no other way to describe it!
The reason for that is partly due the property market becoming more buoyant again (we think) and as a result we have been busy acquiring new clients for web design, estate agency software and managed social media.
This upsurge in interest is partly because we were asked to speak at the Property Drum Social Media Marketing Conference. This event was held in the prestigious IET building in central London and involved us presenting to over 200 delegates on the subject of “Website Optimisation –Making your web presence work”. In addition to the conference Evolvin also presented awards at the ‘Insider – Wales Property Awards’. This fantastic evening was hosted by Giles Brandreth the former MP and Chris Haines, MD of Evolvin, presented the award for Agency Team of the Year which went to
DTZ.
The other major news is the launch of
Evolvin Social Marketing. This is a marketing agency with a heavy slant towards social media to help Estate Agents take advantage of the fantastic opportunities that social media offer. To help Evolvin Social Marketing we now have a dedicated Marketing team. The proposition of this new marketing company is simple; we work with you to develop a tailor-made strategy, we help you produce fantastic content and make sure the maximum number of people possible see your properties and know about your estate agency.
