During the year Evolvin has been in discussions with Cardiff & Co and the Cardiff Commercial Property Forum to create a Commercial Property Finder to function as part of the Cardiff & Co portal

The product was launched at the end of last year and is based on Evolvin's 9 years of experience providing software to the commercial agency sector, to control the sales and marketing of a wide variety of properties and businesses.
The Commercial Property Finder is being used as part of Cardiff & Co's mission to promote and market Cardiff as an international capital, to enhance the quality of investment, life style, employment, events, academia and tourism for the city and its region.
Evolvin will be providing the latest technology to show case the properties, in a similar manner to the way it supports its own national commercial client base that includes Colliers International and Ernest Wilson.
The purpose of the site is to allow all the commercial agents that provide properties within the Cardiff region to have one showcase portal to market their portfolios.
The core of the agents that will use the site are all members of the Cardiff Commercial Property Forum, that provides a collective voice for the property sector in the region that acknowledges the importance of the capital region as a driver for economic prosperity and investment that supports the whole of Wales.
The functionality of the portal will allow companies that are looking to relocate to Wales to search and find suitable premises in the most efficient manner and to put them in touch with the selling agents to pursue the enquiry.
Commercial agents that use the portal will be able to easily upload a selection or all of their property portfolios to the site. The property life cycle will be controlled by the individual agents in a similar manner to the way they would use their own website to market the property.
